TRACTION AND FLEXIBLITY IN AN EASY TO INSTALL CERAMIC PRODUCT
EZ-Install Tread was specifically designed for markets and clients where experience and expertise in installing Rubber Backed Ceramic Pulley Lagging is limited. It offers excellent traction and due to the deep grooves between the rows of tiles, it is capable of handling high material build up on the conveyor belt and pulley lagging.
Due to the design, the minimum overall thickness of EZ-Install Tread is 15mm, however the flexibility of the product is comparable to 12mm thick Onyx Tread.
Flexibility allows for wrapping around diameters as small as 150mm.
Flexibility reduces wear on conveyor belts and especially on more elastic conveyor belts such as fabric-ply conveyor belts.
Deep chamfered grooves, capable of handling material build up on the pulley and conveyor belt.
Tiles are spaced 10mm apart, making the product easier to cut to size.
Each tile is fully embedded in rubber.
Edge of lagging has 20mm of plain rubber to allow for easier stitching down to the pulley face and cleaner joining.
